How about register an account on GNOME wiki - http://live.gnome.org and 
create a new page at
http://live.gnome.org/ThreePointZero/LaunchParty/Taiwan/Kaohsiung
Let's start to plan for the GNOME 3.0 launch party at 高雄 :)

You can follow other countries ideas as well e.g.

If we do the planning earlier, we can approach sponsors earlier as well. 
All the members will definitely support you on this event.
