Gimp çevirileri tamamlandı.

Ubuntu 18.04 altında Gimp derleme makalesi de yazıp yayınladım:https://forum.ubuntu-tr.net/index.php?topic=60119.0

4 hata bildirimim, henüz çözümlenmemiş durumda ve tamamen çevirilerietkileyecek arayüz hataları ile ilgili:https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/issues?scope=all&utf8=%E2%9C%93&state=opened&author_username=yakusha

2 değişiklik/commit göndererek sadece hata bildirmedim, bulduğumhatalara çözüm de ürettim.
