Sounds good to me. I think this is the best solution. Industrial is a 
very popular theme and I don't see a reason for it not to be in 
gnome-themes. I'm sure one of the current gnome-themes themes can be 
sacrificed for it if need be.

Seth already agreed to this when it was discussed on IRC. Perhaps he 
and/or Calum could confirm this should be in the pipeline for 2.11.
