Changing URL colors in a theme.

	Hello, and thanks for reading.

	Some of the darker themes out there completely drown out and destroy
the standard blue for a URL, making it difficult to read. After digging
around, I found mention of the GtkHTML library.

	When creating a theme, is it possible to access the default colors that
it sets, and make them a bit easier on the eyes?
