[gnome-summary] Small intro & patch

Hello all,

My name is Sebastien Biot and I'll be handling the French translation of
Gnome Summary. As a small introduction offering to this project I've
attached a small patch for gnome-summary-howto which
 1) fixes 2 small spelling mistakes and;
 2) adds my name and contact info to the list of translators.

I can commit it if it looks alright to you.
