Doubts regarding GSoC 2017

I'm Siddharth Dharm, a college student from India. I am eager to contribute towards the enhancement of GNOME, under GSoC 2017.

However, I had some queries regarding the same. Where can I get a list of available projects to work on? If not, whom should I contact, to explain my project idea?
