GUADEC Interns Lightning Talks

Hi everyone,

if you are not attending GUADEC, there's no need to read this email.

As you might have seen the lightning talks are on the first day
(August 7th) at 17:30. A list of talks and order is available at [0].
Please be at the "Asperö" room, where the presentations will take
place, already at 17:25 and take a seat in one of the front rows. We
will print out the presentation order and use this to reserve those
seats for you. If you want, you can check at [0] if I got the right
presentation of yours.

We are currently organizing an interns lunch on Saturday (August 8th)
and will provide details in a short announcement before the lightning
talks. If you miss this, please make sure to ask another intern or us
for the details!

You will have 5 minutes of time for your talk. We will compile all the
presentations into one PDF so you don't have to worry about switching
PCs.

The schedule for guadec is available at [1]. A number of events will
happen in the evenings, be sure to look this up on [2]. After the core
days with presentations, there will be BoFs [3]. BoF stands for "Birds
of a Feather", as in a saying "birds of a feather flock together",
which means a working discussion about a specific topic of interest in
a group of people who share that interest. If you don't have specific
plans for BoF days, but are at the conference, please see if there is
any BoF you would like to attend. Please plan to have some time for a
hacking session with your mentor.
