Telepathy/Empathy OTR support -- Weekly Report 01

On this first week of GSoC I haven't been able to work much, but since
I've worked on the first task of my project during the community
bounding phase, I'm on schedule.

I've reviewed a previously proposed API which tries to be a generic
end-to-end encryption API and support both OTR and XTLS, but talking
with my mentor we decide to use the KISS approach and stick with OTR
only, since no one is really working on adding XTLS support right now.
So I've sent a proposal for an OTR-only API to the mailing list and
this week I've got some nice feedback on it, with very good
suggestions. On the coming week I'll work on this suggestions and
hopefully be able to prepare a commit for telepathy-spec to be
integrated upstream.
