A quick note about weekly reports

Hey guys,

I just want to be clear about one thing: coding hasn't officially
started yet.  Weekly reports will not be required until coding
officially starts.

I'm really glad to see some reports on the list already.  I encourage
anyone who'd like to share what they've been up to to go ahead and
send an email.  But it's not required, so please don't panic if you
don't have a report right now! :-)

Some of the admins are currently at UDS.  When they get back, we'll
send out another email detailing the requirements of the weekly
reports.

If there are any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. ;-)
