In the past we've always required an email to the list.  If you chose
to blog your report, we required you to copy/paste it in an email to
the list, too, so we would have an easy record.

I don't think we've been very clear about the requirements this year.
Before coding starts we will send out an email with clear guidelines
for writing weekly reports for SoC 2010.
