Jokosher Telepathy support: Weekly report #8 & #9

Hi everyone!

This is very late report for last two weeks. Unfortunately I'm still
stuck at last levels of call integration with Jokosher pipeline, now
scratching my head about Internal clock error which appears in
Gstreamer debug output. For good side I fixed myriad of small things
around Telepathy call support, also slowly eliminating multiple causes
of the problem. Meanwhile I have started to study Telepathy Tubes
which is very interesting concept to work and study with. I really
hope to fix pipeline problem this week so I can move on to Tubes
support.
