[Weekly Report] Week 4: Gnome-Shell Multiple Monitor Support

The past week I worked in the screen files to handle
keeping track of the active workspaces on each monitor.
I have been working on keeping the array updated
anytime a workspace is changed. I am making sure
the active workspaces are being handled properly, and
creating the constraints on switching workspaces based
upon the active workspaces on the other monitors.
