[week 7] - mail as a desktop service

More GUADEC last week.  I arrived home this past Saturday!  I had a
great time and am glad to have met all the great people who attended.

Sorry for the late report! 

Last week I began parsing IMAP and connecting my Dbus API to the IMAP
socket.  Requests on Dbus now generate server events directly.  I still
have to hook all my Dbus calls up to their corresponding server
commands.

IMAP parsing is my big hurdle at the moment.
