Anjuta Glade3 integration - Week 5

This week I made a new extensible signal editor in glade3, that allows
to fill its handlers list with symbols from symbol manager in anjuta
and to jump from signal editor to source code. Also, creating handlers
by clicking on widgets in designer is almost complete. Incomplete
implementation of symbol manager seems to be a problem for now.
