MUC/IRC app

Progress is coming along.

I've been running over UI sketches privately with a friend here at  
university to find something that's both familiar to long-term IRC  
users *and* HIG-compliant.

As we've gone along, I've also been working to create custom widgets  
which effectively do what we want them to.

Time is going to be a bit more available now that I'm all settled in  
at university with classes and all that. My goal this week is to tie  
together the finishing touches on the dummy UI and push that off to git.

Assuming that gets finished earlier in the week, then more attention  
will be given to improving the bindings for telepathy-glib and  
libmissioncontrol.
