According to my interpretation of the SoC rulings, we are not allowed to
work on the same codebase during the program, so I'd say we'll merge the
day after SoC is officially over.

We're working on an API together with the mentors to ensure the merge
being as smooth as possible (the API will be implemented by the WYSIWYG
widget, and used by the application shell).
