Progress report: Telekinesis

Hi,
this week was spent improving gibber and adding file transfer to
libempathy. Now libempathy is able to handle file transfer channels and
exposes two classes (EmpathyFile and EmpathyTpFileTransfer) to control
them.

Tomorrow I'm going to improve GibberFileTransfer and to add some missing
features in EmpathytpFileTransfer. The following days will be spent
adding a GUI for file transfer (probably copied from gossip) to
libempathy-gtk.
