List running applications

Hi,

My extension has a prefs dialog to add application based configuration. As the normal AppChooser dialog does not list all apps (terminal for example) I ended up using libwnck to get a list of all running applications.

This works fine when running X11 but segfaults when run with Wayland. Is there an (easy) way to get a list of the running apps under Wayland?
