Calling Javascript gnome extensions from apps written in Vala

Hi Gnome devs,

I'm hacking on Plank (written in Vala) and was wondering if there is a way to call a gnome-shell extension (such as Apps Menu) which is written in _javascript_ from Plank. I've googled a lot but couldn't find any solutions. Is there a way to do so?
