Every Detail Matters for 3.20

Hi everyone,

In the past, Every Detail Matters has been a proper outreach
initiative with lots of publicity around it. I'm not intending to do
that for this cycle, but I have updated the wiki page with a list of
relatively high priority bugs (from a design perspective):

This is mostly my way of trying to promote those bugs that are
interesting, given that there are so many reports in Bugzilla!
