I'm new here, and would like to participate in the design process of Gnome Shell.

I have two questions:

1 - What is the correct way (or the best way) to make suggestions and proposals on the design of Gnome Shell?

2 - What is the correct way (or the best way) to participate in ongoing discussions about the design of Gnome Shell?
