Keyboard navigation in the overview

Just looking at bugs 644306 and 661718 in order to immortalize their
objectives in a help page. When using Ctrl-Alt-Up/Down to navigate the
workspace overview, how is a workspace selected? Is it possible to key
through the windows and select one in the Windows overview?
