Maybe there's a problem with your connection, or there was a problem
with the server, as I'm able to check out Clutter sources currently. At
any rate, the server won't ban you AFAIK (why would it?).
I think you can just choose option [2] to go on building, you likely
don't need the most up-to-date Clutter to run the Shell.
