tray description not clickable

Hi all!

It's cumbersome to right-click an icon in the gnome-shell tray (e.g.
Skype) to access the context menu. The icons move around and I fail to
target them. I'd be easier if the textual description that pops up would
honor the right click.

I couldn't find any discussion about this issue and don't now if I
should open a bug.
