Small usability problem

Hi everybody,

Maybe I'm the only one, but I still use the bottom arrow of scrollbars. But when the window is maximized, I can't click on it because the mouse triggers the "notification area" (don't remember the right word) of the bottom right corner.
Maybe that hotspot could be moved instead to the left bottom corner in a future version? (or is it possible right now with an extension?)
