Suggestion: Moving from desktop to desktop with the scroll wheel from black bar at the top of the screen.

Hello,

 I wish I could change workspace, after handling the mouse wheel. To do so, place themselves above the black bar at the top of the screen and make Rolling the scroll wheel up or down.

 Has to be now, the desktop should have muted the activity?
 Am I clear?
