Re: How do you "clean" the Recent Documents?

Thanks to both of you for the info---I'll write a script in the next couple of days for auto-deleting the file every x days.....or where is the original preference located so I can modify it?  Maybe a "wishlist" bug should be raised for a gconf key?

recent docs will be taken from ~/.recent-docs or ~/.recent-docs.xbel (not sure which one exactly. may be, in karmic , it is .recent-docs ). Open that file and edit/delete ur entries :)

or write a script which can do this for you.

I was just wondering how do you clean or clear the Recent Documents--or is there a time-based delete? (if not, is there a variable I can set?)
