I got in mind a new feature for Gnome that comes from already tested
Sidebar Nautilus, the one that starts with "F9", would be the side bar
on the Desktop at the time that could be provided for each tree work
area, in the future you could move the icons where you want to add and I
do not know how many other plugins, more as a system does not occupy the
entire screen with the advantages of the case, namely to continue to
work while some system program in another area without wasting time ...
