Tarballs available for GNOME Shell and Mutter

I've put up tarballs:

I'm planning to try and get into a schedule of doing tarballs every
Friday for the next month or two. (Friday became Monday this week, but
I'll try to avoid that happening too much.)

Caveat
======
These tarballs are meant primarily as a place to start working on
distribution packaging for gnome-shell. As such, we didn't spend a lot
of time worrying about the exact perfect point to make the tarballs.
There's some nice new stuff that landed recently (favorites well,
places, new visuals). There's also a bunch more stuff still in the
pipeline. And some fairly bad known bugs.

(The worst probably being

If you want to try out the latest code, we definitely suggest using
the jhbuild process described on:

 http://live.gnome.org/GnomeShell

It's way easier than building things from tarballs, and you'll get the
very latest code.
