Hi,

you could alt+f2 from the gnome-shell and type `lg`, that gives you the looking glass. Maybe you can inspect the the object you don't like and use css or a different method to get rid of it. I currently have no way to test with a gnome version that old :(

With a touch screen when we touch the bottom of the screen, a "message tray" appears.

How do I disable this message tray ?  

 

It seems that this message tray appears only with touch screen.

 

We have a conflict with our application and this message tray when the users touch the bottom.

 

We try to install the "Insensitive Message Tray" extensions or whatever ... and nothing works.
