I'm poking around in the default profiles (gconf.xml.defaults), and I'm
not finding what appears to come up for the default desktop. I'm
assuming that either I'm misunderstanding something, or the defaults can
also be set at a lower level, which is where Red Hat has activated them.
Any suggestions on the particular source RPM's that will show me these
defaults? There's a lot of gnome-type packages :)
(Yes, I'm looking for a shortcut.)
Some of this is not particular to my problem, I realize. I'm guessing
that I can start setting the defaults with the {schema files|direct
edits} through the use of gconftool-2 (as the docs suggest.) But, I'd
still like to have a firmer handle on how things are going down before I
finialize my changes.
