I've just recompiled librep here, on 7.0 as I always do, and noticed
that it doesn't install on 7.2, because there's a new readline.  I
thought things were supposed to be forward compatible between 7.0 and
7.2, but this doesn't seem to work.  Does anybody know if readline 4.1
and readline 4.2 are binary compatible?
