GNOME-QA expanding the QA team

So, I think we're at a stage taht we can start expanding the team
right?  If you have a list of tasks and a set of people who can mentor
then I'm willing to go out and get some people into the project.

I'd like to also identify what our goals for this cycle.  Are we going
to work with teh release team this cycle or are we going to push for
the next cycle?
