[gpm] 2 battery system hibernates when one battery is critical (gpm 3.2.1)

Searching around, I see this is a very old on again, off again bug. It
seems to be on again. My laptop decided to hibernate yesterday when
one battery was full, and the other battery critical. My system (when
charged) looks like this:
