[gpm] Suspend/Hibernate interface

It looks like gpm used to provide a dbus interface to suspend the system
that has since been removed in favor of letting UPower handle that
functionality. It appears that gpm_control_suspend() still implements
that feature, but is only used by the desktop idle automatic suspend.
As a result of this, the gconf keys to have gpm not lock the screen and
start the screen saver when the system is suspended no longer work.

Have I correctly surmised that the actual suspend and hibernate
implementation is on the way out of gpm? If so, shouldn't
gpm_control_suspend() handle the screen locking functions in response to
the signal emitted by UPower when the system is suspended? And then
indicator-session should NOT handle these functions before asking UPower
to suspend the system.

Also, how about adding these settings to the power manager seeings gui
dialog so you don't have to dig through gconf to disable locking the
screen on suspend? ;)
