Hmm, I was mistaken. The menu is unref'd in the callback
gpm_tray_icon_popup_cleared_cd() which makes my theory wrong.
Something is still leaking however. I wonder if creating a minimal
test case just involving gpm_tray_icon_popup_menu_cb(),
gpm_tray_icon_activate_cb() calling gpm_tray_icon_popup_menu(), and
gpm_tray_icon_create_menu() would help isolate the problem?
