I might suggest we're missing an announcement to people who registered
that
(1) they're registration was accepted
(2) what time things start
(3) the status of couches
etc. #2 is the kicker; at least two people have asked me in IRC over the
past week when they were supposed to show up and I had to say 'I have no
clue.'
