Hi Jeroen,

gnome-pilot supports transferring .prc and .pdb files only.  If you have
the panel applet on your desktop (the sync icon that changes colour when
syncing) you should be able to just drag and drop files onto the icon.

Otherwise, you can use gpilot-install-file from a terminal window.
