DBus Support

I was wondering if anyone with CVS access was going to apply Simon
Hart's HAL/DBus support patch for gpilotd.

It would be a great feature to have since the poling that is normally
done of USB ports by gpilotd is known to cause some problems with other
USB devices:

Anyway, this feature gets my vote for inclusion.
