Please help: gpilotd network sync



Hi,
Is somebody able to tell me "how to enable network sync with gpilotd". I
have spent many many many hours now (make my UX50 work with gpilotd).
Syncing works 100% fine for me with pilot-link, jpilot, multisync over
bluetooth connection!
Only for gnome-pilot there is NO CHANCE to sync over the network (and it
looks like this is the situation for years already).
Is somebody able to tell me what to do. Please don't provide tipps like "use
jpilot or USB". I must use kernel 2.4.21 (our company doesn't allow 2.6 so
far). And only gpilotd is able to sync with Ximian Connector.

Unfortuntely i am not skilled in C++ programming (and have no clue about
Corba stuff). So i cannot fix anything by myself.

I would be really very grateful for any help

p.s.: If i can help somebody working on the problem, please tell me. But
please be aware that i am not a Guru and don't have C/C++ developer
knowledge but only shell and Perl programming.
