Evo at work - Palm - Evo at home

Hi,
Would it be possible for me to sync my Pilot with both my work PC and my
home PC (both running Evo / gpilot)? Is there some caveat with such a
config, given that I would sometimes update any of the three components
(and willing all three of them to keep in sync)?
