Problem to put id user on my Palm

Sorry for my bad english.

I want to put an id user on my Palm to synchronize after it but I've a problem. In my log I found this:

What did I forget please ?

My PC is under Debian testing with a recompiled gpilotd to integrate my Zire 72 in gpilotd.c.
The gpilot version I use is the 2.0.10 with:
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
and copy gpilotd from source directory to /usr/bin.
