gpilotd-WARNING **: Error in queue, non-existing entry

I keep getting these warnings below when I sync, but I can't for the
life of me figure out what's causing them to persist. Does anyone
know? I realize that what probably caused this was a
gpilot-install-file that was never successful (i.e. I removed the file
that gpilotd was to install before it installed it), but how can I clear
these things up?
