Recent gnome-pilot 2.0.9 problems

Sorry for the delay but as mentioned in another email I was on
vacation. It appears that the recent gnome-pilot problems came about
when upgrading glib 2.2.1 to 2.2.2. Thanks to Richard Zach for figuring
this out. My testing as well as Ximian QA's testing seems to confirm
this. I'm trying to determine what change exactly caused this to occur.
