Fast-sync vs "regular" one

Hi all,
I'm using Evo 1.2 with gpilotd, and I'm trying to figure out when a fast
sync is done, and when a normal - complete - sync is done. Sometimes
syncing 2 new meetings takes 2 seconds (only the diffs are sync'ed), and
sometimes it takes 5 minutes (every Palm entry is compared to the Evo
one).
