Re: Gnome Pilot FTP locations

Hi,

These and pilot-link 0.11.4 compiled and installed without a hitch on my
Linux Mandrake 8.2 system (VIA 686A chipset). However, they still cannot
talk to my Sony Clie 610C over USB, using /dev/usb/tts/0 or 1.
Pilot-xfer works on either port with no issues.

Here's the output from gnome-pilot:

[jack felix jack]$ /usr/local/bin/gpilotd
gpilotd-Message: gnome-pilot 0.1.66 starting...
gpilotd-Message: compiled for pilot-link version 0.11.4
gpilotd-Message: compiled with [VFS] [GOAD] [USB] [IrDA] [Network]
gpilotd-Message: Activating CORBA server
gpilotd-Message: Watching Cradle (/dev/usb/tts/1)
gpilotd-Message: setting PILOTRATE=115200

gpilotd-WARNING **: Unable to bind to pilot

I do have devfsd running -- could that be the issue?

Thanks,
Jack
