File Conduits

Hi,
I have a Pilot Conduits installed on my Linux machine.
I can synchronize ToDoList, (maybe Address and
Calendar) with Ximian Evolution.
But I don't know how to use my Pilot Conduits to
install files to the pilot. AM I supposed to have an
interface to do that, or use command somewhere?
Is there anyone can help?
