AvantGo errata

	Looks like AvantGo are beginning to contractually crack down on
the browsers (i.e. sitescooper, Plucker, malsync, SyncMAL, etc.) that view
their customer's sites. No longer allowed.

	Besides violating the MPL (see mobilelink.org) and doing a DoS on
one of my servers for over a month, and now this... 

	Could have long-reaching implications later on.
