The 1.1.3 gnome-pim-conduits package is deprecated and does not work with
gnome-pilot 0.1.49. 

New version of gnome-pim should have been released shortly after
gnome-pilot, but that didn't happen. I'll check with the gnome-pim
maintainer, in the meantime, gnome-pim from CVS should work.
