Todo conduit doesn't exist yet, but by accident .desktop for it was
created by one of the older versions of gnome-pilot RPM. You can
ignore it, or if it bothers you just remove /usr/share/control-center/Peripherals/PalmPilot/Conduits/todo-conduit-control-applet.desktop
